Founder & Lead Consultant

As a strategic finance and business consultant, Graham Brizendine brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across finance, operations management, banking, and real estate. As a consultant, he partners with businesses to deliver clarity, strategy, and measurable results. His career spans service with large multinational corporations (JP Morgan Chase, McKesson Pharmaceutical, Siemens, TD Ameritrade), entrepreneurial ventures, and advisory roles on nonprofit and city boards, giving him a unique perspective on both corporate and community impact.

A licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for over 18 years, Graham is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), REALTOR, and published author on real estate investing. His innovative mindset is reflected in a patent currently utilized by Siemens AG. Beyond technical expertise, Graham is deeply committed to strengthening organizations and communities through fair, transparent, and strategic business practices.

A lifelong resident of Fort Worth and third‑generation business owner, Graham’s educational journey includes Fort Worth Country Day, Paschal High School, the Texas Academy of Leadership in the Humanities at Lamar University, and a BBA in Finance from UT Arlington. He is currently advancing his expertise as a Master of Jurisprudence candidate at Texas A&M School of Law.

Graham’s community leadership includes serving as Chair on two Boards of Adjustment for the City of Fort Worth, contributing to FWISD’s Facilities Master Plan steering committee, and co‑founding the Tarrant Transit Alliance where he served as Treasurer. He has held leadership roles in the Mistletoe Heights Neighborhood Association, SteerFW young professionals group, and Beth‑El Congregation, where he served on the Temple Board. His wife’s long‑standing nonprofit work further reflects their shared commitment to making a difference for children and families in Fort Worth.
